What to include
- Which tool you were using and what you expected to happen.
- Your browser and version, and whether it happened on mobile.
- For processing errors: the page count and approximate file size.

The whole point of this site is that files stay with you, so do not attach the document itself. A description is enough. If a file is essential to reproduce a bug, redact it first.
